Barratry

Is the act of repeated legal actions for the purpose of harassment.

It is known as a Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation (SLAPP).

or

damage caused by a violent outpouring of diffuse frustration and rage

or

deliver a message.

The effects of vandalism, however, are said to be disproportionate because the damage to reputation can be substantial.
